Breakfast Program starts at 7:45 A.M.
allowing for early drop off and supervision with hot breakfast served in the school cafeteria.

Daily Extended Care Program until 6:00 P.M.
provides extended supervision, homework assistance and recreational play.

Technology Program
includes a SMART board, a SMART Board, an Elmo, and iPad cart in every classroom, mobile Chrome Books and school-wide WiFi access.

Library Program
connects library skills with curriculum and classroom activities.  Includes a fully equipped library with over 4,000 books and internet-ready computers to facilitate research and study.

Science Lab
provides a hands-on learning environment in Life Science, Chemistry, and Earth Science.

Art and Music
are integrated into the classroom curriculum to encourage creativity and creative expressions in addition to, weekly instruction by specially trained teachers to students in grades Pre-K through 8th.

Visual Arts Program
promotes art across the curriculum to students in grades Pre-K through 8th.

Education Through Music
ETM provides weekly music instruction to students in grades Pre-K through 8th.

Physical Education
is scheduled once a week for every class, with a specially trained athletic coach.

Tutoring Program /Title I
provides support and reinforcement to students in developing the necessary skills to perform at grade level in Reading and Math.

Extra Curricular Programs
after school Math, Science, Music, Art, and Chess.

Intramural Athletic Program
for grades 6, 7, and 8 provides students with the opportunity to develop athletic, team and competitive sportsmanship skills (if available)

The Paul Effman School Band Program
(after school) is open to all students in Grades 1-8. The program provides band instrument instruction and an enriching experience in music and team building.

Math Mania Program
after school math enrichment clubs on various grade levels, K through 8.

Facilities include:

1. a renovated school auditorium with a full stage
2. an enclosed padded outdoor school playground
3. an indoor gymnasium that is completely outfitted with a 3/8” Tartan floor for safe recreational and athletic play
